Online Booking Terms
We’re excited to offer you the convenience of booking appointments online. Please note that the service you schedule is the only one we will be able to complete during your appointment. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that the service booked is the one we will perform, and we are not responsible for any inability to provide additional services.

Cancellation Policy
We value your time as much as we value ours. To provide the best possible service to all of our guests, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment time, ensuring better availability for you and others.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will assess each situation regarding cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis. However, guests who do not honor their scheduled appointments are subject to the following cancellation fees:
Cancellations made with 24 hours' notice or more will incur no charge.
No-shows will be required to pay 100% of the service fee upon rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booked service amount.
In cases of multiple missed or canceled appointments, a prepayment policy may be enforced for future bookings.
