Here at Mystique, you - our loyal guests are the heart and soul of our business, and we cannot wait to see your faces again. We want to ensure that everyone's health and safety comes first and foremost. 

What is Mystique doing to prepare for a healthy re-entry into the workplace and welcome our guests back along with what you need to prepare for your next appointment:

• All Mystique Employees and Guests are asked NOT to come in if they are feeling any illness. Be a hero stay home.

• The cancellation policy will be waved for illness-related cancellations. We have the right to refuse service, please don’t make us.

• We have implemented extra cleaning protocols and have all received our Beauty Safe Certificates. Be assured you are in great hands.

• Each service will be charged with an additional $8 fee. This is designed to help cover the cost of personal protective equipment, increased sanitation, and all the extra measures we’ve added to keep you, and our staff, safe.

• Please come alone, no accompaniments while you are getting your hair done. Any one not receiving a service will be asked to wait outside or in your car.

• Please wait in your car our outside our door until we have called you or texted you to let you know we are ready for you in the salon.

• Your temperature may be taken and we will be asking a few questions before we start your appointment. Please answer truthfully.

• We will not be providing Beauty Rituals, Coffee or Tea for the foreseeable future. Please bring what you need to drink for your appointment with you.  We ask that you please bring in a tumbler with a straw so there is no need to remove your mask while in the salon. Ask your stylists to safely refill your water bottle if needed.

• We ask you to bring as little into the salon as possible. Small purses or bags will be placed on the floor beside you, not on countertops chairs or common areas. As we head into Winter we see large heavy coats being a problem in our store as we are unable to hang them right now. We will provide a large bag to roll your jacket into and place beside you for the time being. We look forward to having our coat rack back but for now we will improvise.

• We have removed our waiting area and cant wait to show you our new look.

• We are unable to provide magazines and ask our guests to bring in a book, phone or ipad for entertainment.

• Children 12 and under Policy: It's no secret that we at Mystique love your babies as much as you do. It's incredible watching our families grow however with our new salon space, busy staff and Covid regulations, having children accompany you for your hair services poses unforeseen challenges that we did not previously encounter. We kindly ask that you do NOT bring your children to accompany you during your services. Your understanding is greatly appreciated and they are welcome anytime to come in for their own service appointments.
